agghh i love purim in flatbush it's so much fun!!! so we started out the night by going to a party by E.'s house. But we got there pretty early and her family was still breaking their fast and stuff so we decided to go out till everyone else comes. We felt really old because you know how like just a few years ago we would look at all the boys who go around collectiing and be like woaah theyre soo cool and big. Now i'm like omg why are there such little kids collecting??
Okay we went out for a little then back to her house and everyone else showed up (the whole 6 of us that we were). The party lasted about 30 minutes- took some pictures , ate drank , then went out to have some real fun :) You can drive around for hours purim night and never get bored cause theres so much happening- i was trying to get a good picture of a limo the whole night but this is all i was able to manage- it happens to be my favorite one though- escalade. i WANT one!
so this picture here is the escalade in front of my car with 3 drunk guys on the side of it trying to hitch a ride with them. it was really funny to watch.
Some interesting sightings of the night:
1. one house was having a massive drunk party...they had a bouncer sitting at the door
2. a group of GIRLS was going around collecting. who knows for what i wonder if anyone took them seriously.
3. one party had lipa there!
4. 1:30 a.m. drunk guys were liek sitting on the curb trying to hitch with somebody. I wonder how long they had been sitting there for
5. its hysterical to watch these 15-16 year old boys TRYING to look like their drunk. they walk with a major exaggerated swagger and like talk in a loud slurred voice. were like ha you wish youre drunk.
anywaaays we crashed a few parties and basically drove around the whole night cuz i had to be out till 1:30 to pick up my brother from yeshiva. The next day (tuesday) I was exhausted but still had fun, got a lot of nosh including a giant crunch bar. yumm why can't more people send chocolate instead of the gross chagiga bar which cost like 50 for a dollar.
